Refractory Brick
Phosphate bricks, also known as phosphate-bonded high-alumina bricks, are high-alumina refractory products made from high-alumina bauxite clinker as aggregate and fine powder, with phosphate or aluminum phosphate as the binder, formed by semi-dry pressing and heat-treated at 400 to 600 degrees Celsius.

The quality of high-alumina bricks varies significantly, as different raw materials are used, resulting in a large difference in aluminum content. Ordinary high-alumina bricks have an aluminum content between 55% and 75%, a bulk density of 2.3-2.5, and a refractoriness of 1750-1790℃.

Lightweight clay insulation brick
The materials of ordinary lightweight thermal insulation fire bricks include clay, high-alumina, high-strength expanded glass bricks, low-iron mullite, high-alumina lightweight bricks, and diatomite thermal insulation bricks.

Magnesia-carbon bricks are made from high melting point basic oxide magnesium oxide and high melting point carbon materials that are difficult to be infiltrated by slag, with the addition of various non-oxide additives.

Generally, black silicon carbide (SiC content above 96%) is selected as the raw material, combined with a binder (or without a binder), and produced through processes such as batching, mixing, forming, and firing.

Mullite aggregate lightweight brick / Mullite lightweight insulation brick
Mullite-type lightweight bricks have low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation and heat preservation effects, and can withstand temperatures above 1500℃.

Magnesium-aluminum spinel brick
Magnesium-aluminate spinel bricks are alkaline refractory materials made primarily from periclase and spinel, formed through high-pressure molding and high-temperature sintering, while also adding excellent fluxing agents to ensure direct bonding between the crystalline phase particles of the product.

Magnesia-chrome bricks are refractory material products mainly composed of magnesium oxide (MgO) and chromium trioxide (Cr₂O₃), with periclase and spinel as the main mineral components.

Anchor refractory bricks, also known as hanging bricks, are a type of refractory material used in industrial kilns. They are made by selecting high-quality raw materials, forming them through machine pressing or casting, and then sintering at high temperatures. Anchor bricks can be roughly divided into two types based on the material used: high-alumina and clay.
