Details Introduction
The preparation process of low cement castable is very strict, so there are many factors that affect the performance, mainly including ultra-fine powder, aluminate cement and admixture, refractory aggregate and admixture. The amount of refractory aggregate and water is also an important factor. Low cement castable is a castable with low cement content, which is characterized by low cement content, low calcium content, low porosity and strong corrosion resistance. After the low cement castable is cast and molded, the moisture problem in the curing process does not exist the phenomenon that the hydration in the heating baking process will cause the strength to decrease at the middle temperature. Instead, as the heat treatment increases, the strength also increases.
