Details Introduction
The quality of high-alumina bricks varies significantly due to different raw materials, resulting in a large difference in aluminum content. Ordinary high-alumina bricks have an aluminum content between 55%-75%, a bulk density of 2.3-2.5, and a refractoriness of 1750-1790℃.
Bulk density is an important indicator of quality. Different high-alumina bricks will have different refractoriness and bulk density. Generally, the refractoriness of high-alumina bricks is not less than 1750℃. High-quality high-alumina bricks have a refractoriness of 1800℃ and a high bulk density.
Main uses: Mainly used in blast furnaces, hot blast stoves, carbon roasting furnaces, carbon calcining furnaces, coke ovens, steel ladles, casting systems, boilers, cement kilns, glass kilns, and various kiln linings and thermal equipment, suitable for industries such as metallurgy, machinery, building materials, casting, ceramics, electricity, petroleum, and chemical engineering.
