Details Introduction
Phosphate bricks, also known as phosphate-bonded high-alumina bricks, are high-alumina refractory products made from high-alumina bauxite clinker as aggregate and fine powder, with phosphate or aluminum phosphate as the binder, formed by semi-dry pressing and heat-treated at 400-600 degrees Celsius. Phosphate high-alumina bricks have good thermal shock resistance, phosphate wear-resistant bricks have excellent wear resistance, and special phosphate bricks combine the advantages of both types with a high load softening temperature.
