Details Introduction
Magnesium iron spinel bricks are a new generation of chromium-free alkaline refractory materials used in the firing zone of large rotary kilns. They utilize the characteristic of iron oxide solidifying in magnesium oxide and use high-purity spinel as raw material, forming a chromium-free and environmentally friendly product through high-temperature sintering.
Product features: Magnesium iron spinel bricks have high compressive strength, good thermal shock stability, good resistance to thermal creep, resistance to erosion and penetration, and high load softening temperature. Additionally, they are easier to adhere to kiln skin compared to directly bonded magnesia-chrome bricks, effectively solving the problem of hexavalent chromium generation during the use of magnesia-chrome bricks in cement kilns, which causes environmental pollution.
