Details Introduction
Alkaline-resistant bricks are generally made from low-alumina clay bricks with an Al2O3 content of 25-30%, and are produced by adding silica, bauxite, and a suitable amount of additives to improve compressive strength. Alkaline-resistant bricks use silica, bauxite, and a suitable amount of additives to improve the microstructure of the products. During use, they react with alkaline oxides to form a high-viscosity glass phase that covers the surface of the bricks, blocking surface pores and preventing the infiltration of alkaline slag, thus achieving resistance to alkaline corrosion. The products have characteristics such as volume stability, erosion resistance, and impermeability. They are widely used in preheaters, decomposition furnaces, and tertiary air ducts of cement kilns.Physical and chemical indicators:ProjectUnitInsulation type alkaline-resistant brick
