Anti-caking pouring material

Anti-skinning casting material forms a glaze layer on the surface under high temperature conditions, which can significantly reduce the number of skinning occurrences. The anti-skinning casting material has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, high strength, low expansion coefficient, and good thermal shock resistance and anti-skinning performance.

Castable

Anti-skinning castable materials are mainly made from high-alumina aggregates and silicon carbide aggregates in the required proportions. Due to the high hardness of SiC and its good high-temperature volume stability, refractory materials produced from SiC have good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength, high thermal conductivity, low linear expansion coefficient, good thermal shock resistance, and do not react with cement raw materials, exhibiting good anti-skinning properties.

Under high-temperature conditions, the surface of the castable material will form a glaze layer, which can significantly reduce the frequency of skin formation. The anti-skinning castable material has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, high strength, low expansion coefficient, and good thermal shock and anti-skinning performance.

The addition of silicon carbide to anti-skinning castable materials results in minimal adhesion between silicon carbide and the raw materials burned in the cement kiln, greatly reducing the phenomenon of clumping of cement raw materials in areas such as the discharge slope at the kiln tail.

During the production of anti-skinning castable materials, either black silicon carbide or green silicon carbide can be added. The addition of green silicon carbide is suitable for large rotary kilns. Under high-temperature conditions, the material surface of the anti-skinning castable forms a glazed surface, preventing the penetration of the glass phase in the cement raw materials, thus achieving anti-skinning effects. The addition of black silicon carbide is suitable for high-wear areas prone to skin formation, such as the discharge slope of medium and large cement kiln preheaters, rising flues, decomposition furnace cones, and lime kilns.
