Details Introduction
Phosphate refractory castables are castables bonded with phosphoric acid, belonging to an acidic matrix, with a usage temperature of 1400-1600℃.
Phosphate castables can be widely used in heating furnaces and uniform heating furnaces for metals, as well as in coking furnaces and in cement kilns in areas that come into direct contact with materials. Using high-quality phosphate refractory castables for repairs in certain areas of metallurgical furnaces and other containers that come into direct contact with molten slag and molten metal also yields good results. Phosphate refractory castables are widely used in areas where the working temperature is not very high but requires high wear resistance.
