Details Introduction
Lightweight clay brick Al2O3The content is generally more than 40%. The raw material consists of 65-85% clinker and 35-15% combined clay. The crushed combined clay is mixed with finely ground clinker, then prepared into semi-dry mud material with granular clinker, and formed under high pressure, fired at about 1400℃, resulting in good performance.
Lightweight clay bricks are inexpensive, but have good thermal shock stability and insulation properties, mainly used in thermal boilers, glass kilns, cement kilns, fertilizer gasifiers, blast furnaces, hot blast stoves, coke ovens, electric furnaces, and bricks for casting and pouring steel.
The materials of ordinary lightweight thermal insulation refractory bricks include clay, high-alumina, high-strength pearl bricks, low-iron mullite, high-alumina lightweight bricks, and diatomite insulation bricks.
Note: The operating temperature of lightweight clay insulation bricks should not exceed 1200℃, as they have efficient insulation properties and should not come into direct contact with fire.
