Low porosity clay brick

Widely used in metallurgy, building materials, petrochemicals, ceramics, glass, as well as in hot blast stoves, glass furnace regenerator, etc.

Category:

Heavy refractory brick

Widely used in metallurgy building materials, petrochemical, ceramics and glass, as well as hot blast stoves, glass furnace heat storage chambers, etc.

The porosity of clay bricks is generally between 24-26%, while low-porosity clay bricks are widely used between 12-16%, and some have a porosity of less than 10%.

The low porosity of low-porosity clay bricks is mainly adjusted by adding coke gemstones. The performance of low-porosity clay bricks with added coke gemstones is improved, with increased density, strength, and erosion resistance. Low-porosity clay bricks have a high sintering temperature, significant changes in raw material matrix, and further improved erosion resistance, thermal shock resistance, and strength.

Applicable range: Widely used in metallurgy building materials, petrochemical, ceramics and glass, as well as hot blast stoves, glass furnace heat storage chambers, etc.
