Details Introduction
Magnesium-aluminum spinel bricks are alkaline refractory materials mainly composed of periclase and spinel, formed by high-pressure molding and high-temperature sintering, with the addition of excellent mineralizers to enable direct bonding between the crystalline phase particles. They have characteristics such as high strength, excellent thermal shock stability, and strong resistance to chemical erosion.
Magnesium-aluminum spinel bricks have a large bulk density, high mineral phase content, well-developed grains, uniform structure, and stable quality. Magnesium-aluminum spinel has good erosion resistance, strong corrosion and spalling resistance, good slag resistance, wear resistance, good thermal shock stability, and high-temperature resistance. They are mainly used to produce magnesium-aluminum spinel bricks for the high-temperature zone of cement rotary kilns, steel ladle lining bricks, etc. Magnesium-aluminum spinel bricks are widely used in steel smelting, cement rotary kilns, glass industrial kilns, and high-temperature thermal kilns that are also resistant to thermal shock.
