High-alumina castable

High-alumina castable is an unshaped refractory castable composed of high-alumina aggregates with an Al₂O₃ content greater than 75%, combined with high-alumina powder and additives, resulting in an overall aluminum content of >55%. After initial setting, high-alumina castable is standard cured for 28 days, and the compressive strength can reach 40~60 MPa.

High alumina castable is Al2O3High alumina aggregate with a content greater than 75% is a granular raw material, combined with high alumina powder and additives to form an amorphous refractory castable with an overall aluminum content >55%. After initial setting, standard curing for 28 days can achieve a compressive strength of 40~60MPa. Its characteristics include slow hydration speed, high late strength, and high refractoriness.
