Details Introduction
Used for constructing industrial kiln linings that come into contact with high-temperature gases or solid materials.
Steel fiber reinforced castable is made using high-quality bauxite clinker as aggregate, high-quality bauxite clinker and corundum fine powder as matrix, and various composite materials such as ultrafine powder as binders and additives, with the addition of stainless steel heat-resistant fibers. At the same time, the addition of steel fibers greatly enhances the overall strength of the material after casting.
Steel fiber reinforced refractory castable is used for constructing industrial kiln linings that come into contact with high-temperature gases or solid materials. In situations of intermittent use, where temperature fluctuations and thermal and mechanical stresses are significant, steel fiber castables can improve thermal shock resistance and mechanical vibration resistance.
This product has high compressive strength, high flexural strength, high load softening temperature, good thermal shock stability, micro-expansion characteristics at high temperatures, and good wear resistance. Steel fiber refractory castables are mainly used in high-temperature vulnerable parts of metallurgy, building materials, and circulating fluidized bed boilers.
