Details Introduction
The main material of high-alumina refractory mud is high-alumina clinker, and the binder is soft clay or chemical binder. The Al₂O₃ content is determined based on the brick composition and usage requirements of the constructed area.
Usage:
It can be widely used in various industrial kilns built with high-alumina bricks. For example, it is used for constructing the furnace top, regenerator, combustion chamber, etc., on hot blast stoves, and for the upper part of the blast furnace body. It can also be used to repair the furnace top, furnace walls, and other parts of industrial kilns. It has good plasticity, convenient construction, high bonding strength, strong corrosion resistance, high refractoriness, good slag resistance, and good thermal spalling resistance. It is generally used in conjunction with refractory bricks of the same aluminum content.
