Details Introduction
Phosphate refractory mud is mainly used in conjunction with phosphate-bonded refractory bricks, such as high-alumina bricks, low-creep high-alumina bricks, and bricks for blast furnaces and hot blast stoves when constructing kiln linings.
Characteristics of phosphate refractory mud:
Phosphate refractory mud has various characteristics. It has a fast bonding time and high bonding strength, allowing for quick and effective adhesion of refractory materials. Its high-temperature performance is stable, maintaining good performance even in high-temperature environments, with low shrinkage and complete integrity, making it less prone to cracks and damage. Additionally, it is easy to use; at the construction site, a certain proportion of diluted phosphate can be added without the need for confinement, and it can be directly mixed for use.
