Details Introduction
The formulation process of low-cement castables is very strict, so there are many factors that affect performance, mainly including ultrafine powder, aluminosilicate cement, additives, refractory aggregates, and additives. The amount of refractory aggregates and water is also an important influencing factor. Low-cement castables are castables with a low cement content, characterized by: low cement usage, low calcium content, low porosity, and strong erosion resistance. After the low-cement castable is formed, there are no moisture issues during the curing process, and hydration during the heating and baking process can lead to a decrease in medium temperature strength. On the contrary, as the heat treatment increases, the strength also increases.
