Details Introduction
The non-stick aluminum casting material for aluminum melting furnaces is designed for the domestic aluminum melting industry. During the aluminum melting process, it does not produce aluminum dross, does not form corundum tumors, and prevents the reaction of elements in the molten aluminum solution with the refractory materials, thereby avoiding impurities from entering the aluminum alloy and affecting its quality. It improves the corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, non-stick aluminum, and slag function of the refractory materials against aluminum liquid containing salts, fluxes, and other chemical components, preventing aluminum, alloys, and slag from penetrating the refractory materials. It is widely applicable to melting furnaces, holding furnaces, troughs, and aluminum-lined interiors.
